PAPER PRESENTATION EVENT

1. This showcase welcomes papers on a wide range of topics, encouraging submissions that explore novel ideas, address emerging challenges, or showcase innovative solutions.

2. Maximum of three participants per paper and one paper per team.

3. All the entries should be in the standard IEEE format. [paper format link]

4. The paper that is going to be showcased has to be from the below departments:

• Computer Science and Engineering
• Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Civil Engineering

Plagiarism in any form will lead to disqualification of the entry. Each paper will receive fair scrutiny. The decision of the panel in the selection process is final.

Round 1:

It’s an offline mode round. All the teams are requested to bring both hard copy and soft copy of their paper. Papers will be shortlisted and will get progressed to round 2.

Round 2:

Offline mode. The presentation can last to a maximum of 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q & A session. The participants will have to present their paper in Microsoft PowerPoint. Further instructions regarding final round will be notified to the authors via email.
