Format

Round 1 - Abstract Submission and Explanation: To be eligible for the competition, students are required to submit their abstracts (not more than 700 words). The abstracts should certainly state the objective of the study, the research problem, the methodology used for research and the results obtained or expected from the study. The participants will be given 5 minutes each to explain their topic, upon which the 6 teams will be selected for the next round.

Round 2 - Paper Presentation: Each team will be given 15 min for their presentation, followed by 5 min Q/A session.

Rules

1. Teams: A maximum of 3 candidates can be allowed to participate as a team.

2. Domains Prescribed: Any Tech and Science (preferably, related to Engineering).

3. Paper Submission:

• Word limit for the presentation is 2000 words.
• Plagiarism check will be strictly done and 25% of match is allowed.
• The text must meet the following formatting guidelines:
  • Font style - Times New Roman.
  • Font size - 12 pt.
• The paper should be structured in sections as follows:
  • Abstract.
  • Introduction.
  • Literature Review.
  • Data and Methodology Analysis.
  • Conclusion.

4. Presentation:

• Must be done using PowerPoint.
• Words can be styled legibly.
• Presentation should be appropriate and acceptable.

5. Team: A maximum of 3 can sign up as a team.
