Thank you for visiting Gyanith's official merchandise store. Please read the following policy regarding the collection of merchandise orders:

Collection of Merchandise

At Gyanith, we do not offer shipping or delivery services for any merchandise orders placed on our website. All merchandise must be collected in person from the fest venue on the specified dates. Please review the details below for more information:

• All orders placed through our website must be picked up in person from the Gyanith 2025 venue: National Institute of Technology Puducherry (NITPY), 1, NIT Puducherry Campus, Karaikal 609609, Puducherry.
• Merchandise collection will only be available on the fest dates, which are 27th and 28th February 2025.
• No merchandise will be shipped or delivered to any location outside the fest venue.

Collection Process

When you arrive at the venue to collect your order, please ensure you have the following:

• A copy of your order confirmation (either printed or digital).
• Valid identification that matches the name on your order.

Merchandise will only be handed over to the person named on the order, so please ensure you bring appropriate identification. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please contact us in advance with written authorization.
